How do I create a LASTA Mobility account?

How you become a LASTA Mobility user.

To rent a cargo bike, download the LASTA Mobility app (available on the App Store and Google Play) and register your account:

  1. Open the app and enter your mobile phone number to receive a verification code via SMS.

  2. Enter your details: Fill in your name and email address.

  3. Verify identity: If required, verify your identity with BankID (you must be at least 18 years old).

  4. Add payment method: Add a valid debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or select another available payment method.

  5. Accept terms: Accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Your account will be activated immediately.
