If you stop along the way during an ongoing booking, always park the bike in a suitable spot and lock it:
Park legally and safely: Park the bike in an authorized and traffic-safe location where it does not obstruct pedestrians or traffic.
Lock via the app: Tap the Lock button in the app to engage the bike's frame lock.
Secure with chain lock: Loop the chain lock around a fixed, sturdy object and insert the pin into the frame lock until it clicks.
Safely locked: The bike is now secured, and you can leave it with peace of mind.
Resume ride: When you want to continue cycling, tap Unlock in the app to release the frame lock. Pull the chain lock out and place it back into its case/holder.
