Return to the station: Return the bike to the same bike station or bike storage room where you picked it up. Alternatively, return it to another approved location designated in the app.
Park securely: Place the bike steadily on its double kickstand in the designated parking area.
Cover the cargo box: The black rain cover must be fastened securely over the cargo box when leaving the bike.
Plug in the charger: Connect the charging cable to the bike’s battery if a charging station is available at the location.
Lock the bike: Tap Lock in the app to close the frame lock. Loop the chain lock around a fixed, sturdy object and insert it into the frame lock.
End in the app: Tap End booking in the app. Take a photo of the locked bike if prompted by the app.
Confirmation: Wait for the green confirmation screen to appear in the app before leaving. If the bike is returned to a locked room, make sure the door latches and locks securely behind you.
